Terms & Conditions – Learn 2 Be Social

1. Programme format

Learn 2 Be Social provides online, educational social skills programmes. Sessions are designed to support children’s understanding of social situations through discussion, stories, and guided activities. They are not therapy or clinical interventions.

2. Supervision & participation

Sessions are delivered online in small groups. A parent or responsible adult must be nearby during sessions to support with technology or any immediate needs, but does not need to remain on screen.

3. Online behaviour

Children are expected to behave respectfully during sessions. Learn 2 Be Social reserves the right to pause or remove a child from a session if behaviour significantly disrupts the group.

4. Payments & refunds

• Bookings are made per block.
• Payments are non-refundable once the block has started.
• Missed sessions cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
• If Learn 2 Be Social needs to cancel a session, an alternative date or refund will be offered.

5. Privacy & safeguarding

• Children’s privacy is respected at all times.
• Sessions are not recorded unless parents are informed in advance.
• Personal information is stored securely and used only for programme purposes.

6. Changes to sessions

Learn 2 Be Social reserves the right to make reasonable changes to session structure, content, or staffing if required.
